HOW TO USE 

For those of you who are tangled up in the busy rhythm of the daily rush or prefer to take showers, you can skip steps 1-3.

Step 1: Set the mood and light a few candles.

Step 2: Fill up your bath just with water and avoid adding beauty products. If desired add 2 cups (approx 250-500g) of Epsom Salts to your bath for a full detox.   

Step 3: Soak for 15 - 30 minutes. 

Step 4: Wet and wring your MIERIS Body Exfoliator. Do not apply soap or shower gel as this will reduce the friction between the silk mitt and your skin. 

Step 5: Rub the skin in circular motions up and down and side to side. You will begin seeing the cleansing results immediately.

To be used 1-2 times a week. 

Using your exfoliating mitt more often or applying too much pressure during exfoliation may cause significant skin irritation. If you experience any redness, stinging, burning or pain, stop using the mitt and wait for your skin to recover before attempting to exfoliate again. Do not use on sensitive areas, such as near the eyes, on sores or open skin.
